Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of echo9.online (the "Service"), a tool that lets creators publish their original videos to their own TikTok profile.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and may only connect TikTok accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the videos you publish. You are responsible for the content and for having the necessary rights. You must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to post unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful content, or to spam or abuse the platform. Publishing is limited to the account you explicitly authorize.

4. Authorization

All publishing actions are initiated by you. The Service stores the OAuth tokens you grant so that the posts you initiate can be published.

5. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify or discontinue it at any time.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
